When you look at photos from when I was little --- this vase use to show up in a lot of them. I never thought much about the vase (sorry you are not seeing a picture of the whole vase, but this one shows the front detail soooo much better than the other shots I have of it!) and to be honest I don't think I ever even noticed that it had cute little cupid/nymphs on it and a Maiden on a swing. It was just part of the household furnishings - something that sat on the floor or maybe a shelf as we moved from place to place.
I have ended up with this vase. It got dropped or knocked over at some point - the top had to be glued back together - it has little drops of paint on it from where it wasn't moved when someone maybe painted a wall or was sitting too close when a can was opened or closed.
Anyway, at some point it was given to me, but it just really hasn't been my style. It is now going up on EBay where hopefully it will find a good home where someone will display it and give it the respect it should have had all these years.
